You mean the model, not the actual image right? =p You have to download the file and place the folder in the "Data" folder, which is inside your XNALara directory :)

You open XNALara and click on "File-Add Model" =) Then you can pose the model using the sliders and the list of bones

this is a .mesh right =3=

is there a way to get this model in the .ascii file ? my friend needs it to convert it into something ;n;

Yeah, you can just open it with XNALara and hit "File-Export Selected as .mesh.ascii" (either Posed or T-Posed is fine, if you select T-Pose it'll export it with the default pose, otherwise it'll export it with the pose you made :))
